Leader Diversity

In 1949, 13 firefighters lost their lives because a designated leader wasn't a trusted leader.  There are many designated leaders in organizations; however, very few are trusted leaders. Understanding the diversity of leaders in an organization can help accelerate a team’s effectiveness. In this presentation, Rheid shares how five different leader roles are part of every organization.  Most importantly he shares his strategy of becoming a trusted leader by following the principles he learned from public speaking.

Audiences:  Teams, organizations, students, schools, businesses, clubs, and general audiences - teen to adult.

Speak, Present, Lead

Whenever you speak you are sharing a message.  Not only by what you say but how you say it and how you wear it!  No matter if you are just talking to a friend or giving a prepared speech in front of thousands of people, your message is saying something.  What are you saying?

Rheid's five day workshop Speak, Present, Lead will make you a better speaker and leader in less than a week.  Day one of this workshop you'll focus on connecting with your audience.  If that is an audience of one or five thousand.  Day two you'll work on content and construction.  Day three is about evaluating and assessing a speech.  Day four is about humor and what you are saying before you say anything. Day five is about leading.  This workshop is limited to 10 attendees and each will be preparing and giving speeches along the way.  Each participant will experience a one on one coaching session with Rheid as they prepare a new speech.

Audiences: Teen to Adult, Businesses, Teams, Customer Facing Employees, Trainers, Teachers, Presenters, Schools, Speech Classes, Clubs, and Non-Profit Organizations.

Time:  20 minute keynote and 7 - 1 hour workshop classes ( 5 full day workshop )
